This policy explains how order processing and shipping work at Two Step Apparel Co.

Made-to-Order Production

Most of our products are printed and produced on demand once you place your order, rather than pulled from pre-made stock. This lets us offer a wide range of designs, but it also means orders typically take a bit longer to ship than off-the-shelf retail. Please allow approximately 2-7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping, and international orders may take longer depending on customs processing in your country. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and could arrive in separate packages at different times.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
