These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Two Step Apparel Co. website, including any purchase you make through it (together, the "Services"). Two Step Apparel Co. ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent apparel brand for car and motorcycle enthusiasts, operating this store on the Shopify platform.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We try to display our products and their prices as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Services are error-free. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct any pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been submitted or confirmed.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure; we do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at mason.w.humphrey@gmail.com so we can make it right. Please reach out as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review your request.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the Services are owned by Two Step Apparel Co. or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Some of our designs reference vehicle makes, models, or chassis codes for descriptive purposes only. Two Step Apparel Co. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle or motorcycle manufacturer. See our Disclaimer page for more information.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the normal operation of the Services, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability
